Basically, i have a great business design that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and site freedom.

This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was much more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days on the streets using the kids i grew up with. You gotta hustle as if you are short of time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” which i use on myself - is creating a sense of urgency and accumulating in my mind the scariest thing that can happen if i don’t get this shit done.
The greater intensity you'll have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives one to either experience a amount of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel for the hustling power.
To persistence, your height of persistence when shit doesn’t workout will determine how far you decide to go, there is really no way you are able to accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x a lot more than i've succeeded, i suppose it’s not sexy to tell how frequently you fail, but i’ll inform you now every single successful entrepreneur we have met have failed more times than they have won, the’ve lost more income compared to they usually make…
Hustling must be part of your lifetime, i used to be very blessed and still am to be surrounded by those who have believed in me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. Once i was speaking to a pal / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s an issue) and that i remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and i could sense in himself he believes as to what i’m doing. (At that time, i never even met him personally!)

Having the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing what's right, on the correct time.
Attaining success is not always easy, particularly when you might be new and starting out, it requires a lot of dedication, focus, attention and also you has to be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work TWICE as harder on myself, in my mind i then do on my small business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than just the way you do it, mindset leads to using a strategic mindset to harness your distinct capability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly many people will not obtain it, you may do, cos you are reading my damn post.

When i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started within this industry i needed more setbacks than many people, i'd dropped outta university within my final year, friends and family poking fun at the fact i would like to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley experienced around $40,000 worth of debt while i bought right into a $20k multi-level marketing program then continued a rampage of purchasing every-and-any-damn course on the internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold determines business energy as it means you may not give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
The first 6 figures will be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. The first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, but i have a strong fist that i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. Some of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't normally even be capable of comprehend it, but i possess a compelling “Why” along with a vision that will get me thru the cruel times. Make sure to have your own compelling future that will drive you forward even if you think all just isn't exercising.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(

Does this exist, when i actually do live events and individuals approach me, instantly installed me on the pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even believed to me i’m like a God to him. * i desired to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on the pedestal. What you placed on a pedestal is definitely gonna be unrealistic.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Just because people have a lot of things better than you, doesn’t mean they're said to be wear something using this world, they're still on this planet, and it’s feasible for you too. Once i meet immensely successful people i then just know if i want what they've got, i recently gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that entire thing is only a journey, your journey, my journey, everyone is over a journey, i respect everyone, not only a millionaire or perhaps a billionaire nevertheless the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, or some other MLM and it is trying to recruit his family and friends. I applaud you for having the heart to walk into the fierce realm of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid which comes to the house having a beautiful smile to clean once a week, i just do various things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i am still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i carrying it out, everything stuff.
You might be always going to become a human, therefore you will invariably have some shit not workout, for me last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m working on my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what life's.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the challenges, hahahah!
My entire life just isn't dictated by how much money i make or the want to have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the opportunity to give back - i want to start building schools to support orphans, i really do some such things as that, but it’s not enough i would like to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you're one of which this little bit of wisdom has been bound to me for some time.
As long as I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m in which I have to be.
Money is only one element of one’s life you will find, it’s important - however, not the main, well that’s debatable in accordance with your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Give attention to gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but may it will take you longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success isn't something you just wake up and acquire, it’s something you need to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they have problems with debt and therefore are usually broke and lacking money, which leads with a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for any business to achieve momentum, but don't forget i have spent more money by myself education to understand things i do compared to average person will most likely earn in the lifetime.
This really is one of the biggest killers of success and i am responsible for it too, now i just don’t do anything else if i can’t commit 90+ days into it.
Lesson 4 : The ability of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit

More cash than your entire family, friends, cousins, relatives put together - as soon as you do this, or can i say before you decide to do this, you must ALWAYS know this….
Always understand the distinction between Gross, Net and how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone up to $200,000 monthly.

I'd just found out not long ago i was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 monthly on stuff, stuff i have absolutely nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i've no clue why i was spending that, or the actual way it accumulated so far, after 6 months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i obtained slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the point of why i’m in business, however begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now things are changing
It can add up and is detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was first a newbie and i also had made my first six figures - the first a couple of years the cash i needed made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) within my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll get this to back and much more, because…
I've got a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i know how to market.
Still, one year later i did so being a million bucks in sales.

That reminds me, on the subject of having money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you need to always be looking at your numbers, every day - multiple times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team gives you freedom, but also plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the right person and if you aren’t the best type of person to control them.
Ultimately Delegation may be certainly one of my biggest techniques to success, over a typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email is worth around $10,000 to me, and so i spend time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor should i desire to - i've influence over these subscribers and clients and that i respect them as well much to ever outsource this.
A few of my subscribers happen to be with me at night ever since i was a newbie. lol.
Several years.
Just about, anything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it absolutely was like this going back Four years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less people are involved and even more is delegated.
Concentrate on running a lean, mean profit machine. Cut the fat off while focusing on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing and your target market.

My friend Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories i really went and hired a solid-accountant to assist you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These items are MUST DO - you’ll start growing really fast and the next thing you understand, you gotta deal with employee payroll and shit, it could get messy.
I’ve lost a lot of money in the process of this, and it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You live and discover.

But i’m alive, i have the opportunity to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and incredibly everyday above ground is success for me, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Create A Personality That’ll Offer you Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
A growing number of i’m simply because the web Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal effortlessly this social media stuff, you can have the energy to make your own tribe (more in that somewhat later)
Make use of your personality to improve online conversions, to attract compatible people, to cultivate your own personal tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.
Add some personality - learn who to share with stories, should you aren’t funny, then learn to be funny, if you have crooked teeth, then get your teeth fixed, if you're boring, learn to be intriquing, notable and being INTERESTED in others.
They're all items of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
I see people jump in and jump out of the industry, well i used to once i paid attention to other folks, lol, now i truly don’t much. My attention remains safe and secure so i remain focused on who i want / have to serve.
As being a personality on the internet is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with individuals is magical, be it online or offline, practice being PRESENT as well as in as soon as which means - leave the damn Facebook and social networking and acquire practising being present, the best relationships that i have built and continue building is because i'm always as a TED instead of a THING (thanks to Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom to me!)

One was simply amazing, Annie Lalla - she’s the wife of Eben Pagan and that i reached out to her for coaching i acquired a few sessions someone who has been helping others in relationships for pretty much 2 decades.
Yes, i fast-tracked my distance to healing myself once i understood that this was a new experience and i simply didn’t hold the skills, the competence or perhaps the confidence yet to overcome this challenge.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Taught me to be Rich
Invest some time alone. Spend some time in solitude enables you to reboot/restart your mind and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many people accomplish that. When i’m alone i'd often walk as much as random strangers, usually older people and speak to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they can give me.
It makes life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t provide your mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without distractions offers you the opportunity to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this blog post is taking me like Three hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone is really a beautiful thing very few people understand. I understand just because a large amount of individuals will always tell me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the entire world 90% of the time without any help, i can meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everybody at any time and so i don’t need to be lonely if i don’t want to.
And extremely i really like my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, with a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet plus “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is when breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, no less than personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
Time passes Mosque as much as i will, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - within my accommodation.
However i always spend some time in deep prayer.
After i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i actually do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i always do invest some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and obtain my mojo on
I realised hanging out alone, i recieve to actually hone in my clear thinking with techniques that we don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta break free and spend some time on my own.
Or perhaps that’s my excuse for visiting a different country every month. lol.
Purchase a simple or perhaps a fancy journal with a fancy pen, go spend $50 on the pen and are proud of covering your life, your challenges, your primary goal, visions, and dreams. An existence worth living can be a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Purchasing The mind

Hire Just a Players, the existing rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is what you should live by.
We have probably made more mistakes than i'm able to count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and the team during this process, some won’t be growing as soon as you, provide them with time, nurture them that assist them grow when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although i have generated huge amounts of money in this niche for myself, i can tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring a bad people. We have experienced a variety of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong individuals who i've hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than just Developing it.
You just gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to get to stage 1, doesn’t mean they'll aid you in getting to stage 2. This was challenging, men and women not grow as fast as you, plus you've got being happy with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…

I welcome criticism / feedback, nevertheless it never affects me, people the world because they are not as the planet since it is.
My industry, the tiny Website marketing / Multi-level marketing / Home Business Industry absolutely rocks, it can help people grow into real self improvement powerhouses and when anyone really sticks by using it, her possible ways to help people make huge amount of money.
Oh you will find, its immensely profitable and it also enables you to create a true passive income should you do the task properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with all the multilevel marketing arena.
I see so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home business sucks etc….

Right now i am the very best Earner in 2 different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many people on this industry can look down at MLM’s / Multilevel marketing / Direct Sales business models and have some kind of stupid viewpoint on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Mr . trump have raved about if they could start from scratch they might get into the field of Multilevel marketing.
But, returning to the stupid people who have stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad experience with others marketing for them
2) they joined one after they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I obtained into this industry and then made my first million in that space, i went on to build millions more OUTSIDE of this space, so again systems work, people fail.
Once i was a newbie and i’d follow these so called Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses and such, it would create a great deal controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything because i felt what will my friends think about me along with what will those big marketers consider me…
I then basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do a few things i want
And that’s when i had been a millionaire.
I’d just simply take them off from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really as their words don't have any impact or no value if you ask me.
AKA i couldn’t offer a shit about the subject.
Each to their personal, and that i respect everyone - i’ll always love your home business industry, if you're inside it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn the things which Top Earners are doing and you may reap the rewards of your greatest dreams.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection With the Just one Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, that one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they pay it off.

It’s because i’m protective of my most valuable, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time a great deal, where i don’t like to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.
The thought of time is quite fascinating. Learning and investing Mastering the foundations from the 80/20 this can be like maybe one of my top 3 secrets of creating success and generating millions of dollars, you must learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.
I have been students of the topic 80-20 ever since i was a newbie in this industry and i'll remain.
Work out your value each hour, mine is currently $2,000 hourly. I don’t enjoy items that does not yield that much.
On my laptop i have this article it note : “Is What I’m Doing Now Worth $10,000 Per Hour” ?
Because as i've learned regardless of what i attempt - the most i can be is 3 solid hours of pure productivity.
Personally it’s writing e-mail, doing big deals on traffic buys, sometimes i’ll buy $50,000 worth of traffic in a single day therefore i gotta ensure i’m all game for saving money and finding the best that will deliver and creative thinking.

I respect time a good deal and that i expect everybody else to do so, after all it’s the thing i can’t manage to buy really!

I never is going to be one of those individuals who says, oh i ought to have spent more hours with my loved ones. After travelling alot, i’ve seen many people just aren’t in “touch” using their families, their siblings therefore i developed a very conscious decision to be committed to be with my family, serve them well.
